Founded in 2021 as a full service interior design studio, Alignment Design takes pride in creating those unforgettable moments that spark curiosity and happiness. Because we are a small scale company, it allows us to focus on real connections with our clients. Our passion lies where function meets art and design, creating a harmonious narrative that breathes life into spaces both old and new, transforming residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces into sanctuaries that reflect the unique stories of their occupants.

Chelsea’s Banks-Green, founder and principal of Alignment Design, a residential, and hospitality based design firm that is known for its creativity and thoughtful design.
The inevitability of being surrounded by art, and design, Chelsea pursued a creative career. Graduating with her bachelor of fine arts in interior design, Chelsea was opened to a world of artistic integrity, where art, and expression meets design.
Chelsea started her career in the heart of NYC working predominantly on workplace design, where it has given her a well-rounded skillset and exposure to design field.
Throughout her career, she always had a passion to contribute to helping people through art and design by taking matters into her own hands and designing for residential, hospitality, and non-profit.
Empathy and innovation is at the center of her design approach. She uses a wealth of experience and creativity into every project.
